Presurfer recently linked to a site that generates a city for you. (Every visit counts as a new person moving in and various buildings eventually spring up.) While this is most likely just a clever marketing ploy promoting the Dinopark game, I am still too much of a SimCity addict to ignore any sort of city building opportunity.
